Role play. Get the children to act out a trip to the village/town/city.
Each pupil takes his/her turn in telling all the places that he/she had been to.
Put the names of different countries in a box. Each child picks a name.
He/she then tells where he/she is going. Use a large map of the world for
this and get the child to highlight his/her destination.
